  I have never felt more mistreated by a doctor. I went into surgery knowing my body having had it multiple times before. Dr. Pendleton treated me as if I was an idiot, like I don't know my body or what is effective managing my pain or that I know kidney stones were the cause of my pain. I guess he doesn't know my background and knowledge of medications and procedures. He gave me a medication I said I have a reaction to he claimed all narcotics would cause that so nothing else would work and he wanted to give me tramadol a medication that was not even a controlled substance until about a year ago that does not help with anything other than mild pain, it's a partial agonist to the receptors which would be completely ineffective treating acute surgical pain. When I said what worked before he ignored it, when I called back in excruciating pain the next day because I was given something that didn't work, he said I gave you a potent medication and I can't give you anything else. Well I know for a fact Vicodin is one of the weakest narcotic pain medications, it is a completely different compound than oxycodone, morphine, dilaudid and many others I could name that could have been more effective in treating my pain. Instead he wanted me to go spend another 2 grand at the ER get another IV which if I needed this I shouldn't have been released from the hospital the day before since each procedure before I stayed one night on a pain pump and was rushed out the same day this time. His bedside manner was horrible telling me the procedure would likely not help my pain or problems despite the presence of stones when I have done multiple research on many other patients who have had the same pain from kidney stones but because doctors don't understand it I guess it doesn't exist although it was completely cured the last 3 times I had this procedure and exactly the same thing happened again. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. I have endured more suffering than I ever should have because he refused to listen to his patient and then hung up on me when I called the next day. A horrible doctor and I guess he doesn't realize how educated I am and thought he could treat me like I was an idiot because I guess Dr. Pendeltln doesn't believe patients can know anything about their bodies or medications! He was obviously more concerned about taking my money than actually curing his patient.
